International Ltd.( PCCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Petrochemical Company ( NPC ) of Iran , was founded in the year 2000 to operate in international markets as a petrochemical trading company with full support of NPC’s about 40 years experience. PCCI is incorporated in Jersey with a registered share capital of £ 10,000,000.

Today, PCCI is one of the largest marketers of petrochemical, chemical and oil products in Middle East and CIS countries, and also acts as a leading global trading company, with “efficient, trust worthy and reliable” services.

Our business is built on first hand market knowledge and long term commitment to our suppliers and customers. Our International marketing services are also supported by a highly qualified staff and a world wide network of offices, agents and affiliated companies.

PCCI principal activities are:

- supply of feed stock to NPC’s petrochemical plants to cover their shortage.
- Swap of purchased chemical , petrochemical and oil products of CIS countries through Iran . PCCI , at present , swap of about 350,000 MT LPG and 100,000 MT fertilizers per year.
- Sale of chemical , petrochemical and oil products of CIS countries from Persian gulf to international markets via transit of said products through Iran.
- Import of petrochemical products required by Iran’s Market which can not be supplied by NPC’s local production.
